1. I ordered from BaliBuffalo on April 24, I paid $500 (USD). 2. After my purchase, the shop re-listed and re-sold my horns. I messaged the shop (BaliBuffalo) about this issue. (Ida bagus putu Parda Paradipa) stated “you now see the item is available again because it is a pre-order, we will send your item as soon as possible. 3. I messaged on April 28 and May 1 that “I wanted to make sure I would receive the listed (for sale) horns as advertised and not some random horns before shipping. BaliBuffalo never responded. 4. After finally receiving my order (May 14), the horns I received did NOT match the advertised photos or items I purchased. This is false advertisement and deceitfulness. 5. To future buyers, the items you see as advertised by (BaliBuffalo), will not be the same items you actually receive

I honestly wanted to be upset that the item wasn't the exact item in the picture.... That being said, the seller made every effort to find a pair of horns that was somewhat close to the picture. I told him that the green in the horns was a huge reason for the purchase. He went so far out of his way to find horns that had green in them that I couldn't be happier. The skull is beautiful and the horns he found.... are honestly the most magnificent horns I have ever seen in person. The way these animals are cared for is also mind blowing. These animals are truly loved and I am so happy with my purchase, I can hardly sit still to type. The item descriptions will tell you if it is the exact item, and I will be ordering many, many more. The seller responded quickly, was very honest and open, and again, went above and beyond.
