Packaged carefully, but it was SPRAY PAINTED WHITE. Pretty, but I expected clean, natural bone from all the photos. Reached out to the seller, learned (3 days later) that he would charge me half the price of the item to ship it back, and that he was only willing to give me a $50 usd refund. I decided to ask other buyers, from his site and others, if their skulls were painted. I received photos from buyers of clean skulls. Only one person (not sure if they bought from him or not) stated that sometimes they paint these skulls, but no photos exist of this anywhere. I reached out again, waited 3 more days, and suggested an Etsy case. He responded angrily and told me I was “trying to get his money” and costing him his job. Partial refund, rude response. Beware, seller isn’t quick to help you if you aren’t 100% happy.
