My item never arrived!!!! It was supposed to be a Christmas present. The delivery service says it was delivered outside of my mailbox. My mailbox is directly on the road surrounded by pricier bushes. There is NO areas to deliver “BY mailbox”. I went out there as soon as it says it was delivered and there was nothing there. The seller never helped me remedy the situation. He just wanted ME to open a case and handle it by myself despite the fact that the handler said I can’t open a case and the seller need to be involved and open the case himself. Which he still has yet to do. Hundreds of dollars in the garbage and no present for my dad for Christmas. Just stress and waste of time. I am extremely dissatisfied!!!!!
